Common Guidelines:
- Rent is due before the 5th of the month, if not received by then, an automatic $75 fee is added to the due amount.
- Approved pets are an additional $100/month + $1000 deposit
Policy:
- Front of front door shall be clean, maintained and free from clutter

Nothing can be visible or placed in the common area of the property, everything must be inside the unit. This includes furniture, kid’s toys, bicycles… etc.

No smoking allowed on property.

No BBQ is allowed inside or outside on the property.

No Dish or satellite installation can be attached to the property.

Tenant cannot make any alterations to the interior without approval.

Tenant shall notify ASAP of anything not working. Any service resulting from abuse or misuse will be charged to tenant.

Parking is only allowed for approved vehicles, no inoperable vehicles allowed. No vehicle maintenance or car washing allowed. Violators will be towed at owner expense.
