How to Apply
The following applies to EACH applicant that will be residing in the unit over 18 years of age.
The following 4 steps must be completed to be considered for an available unit:
- View the Unit Personally view the unit prior to applying. Knight Properties does not rent units unseen.
- Read and Sign our Rental Policy Agreement
- Complete and Sign the Rental Application
- Provide a $35.00 Credit Check/Processing Fee for EACH applicant over 18 years of age who will be residing in the unit, this is nonrefundable. Payment methods: Cash / Check / Credit Card / Money Order
Expedite your rental search by coming to our unit viewing with a completed application package in hand. This process usually takes no longer than 3 business days under normal circumstances. When ready
